I have been a partner for 6 years now. The year-over-year increases in purse earnings since 2005 speak for themselves, but there is much more to this partnership that makes it special. Brandon has done a great job establishing and maintaining a successful business model. He has attracted trainers who are successful at identifying, acquiring and improving horses, while working within the framework of the partnership agreement. Investors large and small are welcomed to the partnership, and regular 2-way communications allow for all voices to be heard. Finally, there really is no experience like seeing your horse win and standing in the winners circle for the photo. Thanks to Pace to Place Stables, winners circle visits have happened often. I appreciate the opportunity to be a partner in Pace to Place Stables, and I look forward to many more years of participation.

BEEN WITH THE PARTNERSHIP 3 YEARS. THE MANAGER HAS DONE A GREAT JOB WITH HIS SELECTION OF HORSES AS WELL AS SELECTING AN EXCELLENT GROUP OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINERS. COMMUNICATION AND PAYMENTS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TIMELY AND AS AGREED. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PARTNERSHIP IF YOU WANT TO HAVE FUN IN THE BUSINESS, WITH MINIMAL RISK AND FABULOUS RETURN ON INVESTMENT.
