Each year we specialize in the formation of an entirely new partnership to purchase seven Thoroughbred horses and subsequently manage the racing careers of these racehorses for the benefit of the partners.
The Thoroughbred racing partnership provide the investor with an opportunity to participate as an owner in the sport of Thoroughbred horse racing for enjoyment and potential of profit.

His background provides the knowledge and skill necessary to direct interactive Thoroughbred racing partnerships responsibly and effectively.

The bloodstock agent, representative, consultant and assistant on behalf of the Management Agent is John Fulton Bloodstock LLC. John has been involved for over thirty-four years in the racing industry as a trainer, owner, breeder and bloodstock agent. John has trained and purchased Grade I winners and is a representative at all major domestic and international sales. The Partnership will retain the services of an appropriate leading trainer for horses determined to be best suited for racing in California, Florida, Kentucky or New York such as Steven H. Asmussen, Bob Baffert, Neil Drysdale, Bobby Frankel, Scott A. Lake, Richard Mandella, William I. Mott and/or Todd Pletcher, to mention several.
What kinds of horses do you target, for what kinds of races? What are the main goals of your partnerships?
The Management Agent will provide a prominent professional team of agents and veterinarians who shall be involved in the selection and purchasing process of seven yearling colts guided by the consultation and representation of Mike Ryan, Mike Ryan Bloodstock, Lexington Kentucky. These horses shall be acquired by the Partnership at the yearling sales leading public auctions scheduled for July, August and September in Lexington, Kentucky and at Saratoga in New York, with a purchase allocation of $250,000 set for each colt. The goal is for the partners to enjoy racing these horses at premier racetracks in the United States for the purpose of creating major stallion prospects. In today's stallion market a top major stakes winning colt can be worth $20 to $25 million dollars, or more.
How is the managing partner compensated?
The Management Agent fee for management is one thousand dollars ($1,000) per month. The following sets forth the amounts and types of all fees, compensation, profits, reimbursement of expenses and other benefits which the Management Agent will receive in connection with its managing of the Partnership for the full term of the Partnership. www.stablesonline.com/p_8.htm
Who authorizes the various expenditures and how are the partners notified and billed?
The Management Agent shall have the authority and power on behalf of the Partnership to act for the Partnership in all matters incidental to the day-to-day routine operations of the Partnership. Prior to the termination of the Partnership no additional capital is anticipated to be required, i.e. no partner billing.
When income is recognized from purse money or sales, does this income flow directly to investors or is it maintained in an account to cover future expenses? At what point does the partnership settle up (monthly, quarterly or annually)? Is each partner provided a statement reflecting cash receipts and disbursements? How often?
The partners’ capital contributions include an amount estimated to cover the initial twelve months operating expenses. Prior to termination of the Partnership term, no additional capital is anticipated to be required since it is anticipated that any expenses incurred also be deducted from any earnings or sale proceeds of the horses. On a quarterly basis, each partner will receive a financial statement advising as to the income and disbursement of Partnership funds. On a semi-annual basis, each partner will receive his/her share of the Partnership's net profits based on each partner's percentage of ownership interest. Management Agent will furnish each partner the required income tax information within ninety days of the end of the calendar.
Are racing and sales decisions made solely at the discretion of the managing partner?
The Management Agent shall have the authority and power on behalf of the Partnership to take actions in connection with qualifying the horses to race and is authorized to act as an agent in the purchase and sale of the horses.
How do you keep your partners updated about their horses (Email, phone, website, online message board, etc.) and how often are they updated?
All partners will be provided with a password to access website stable view. Stable View is the Partnership's exclusive interactive web page dedicated to bringing to each Partner a favorable combination of facts, circumstances, time and place to effectively participate online in the sport of Thoroughbred horse racing for enjoyment and potential of profit - from the comfort of his/her personal computer. To include: accounting, personnel, insurance, voting, meetings, audio, live video, replays, web cams, photographs, reports, financial, tax returns, licensing, registration, race scheduling, watch and wager convenience and race results.

To the extent possible, the Management Agent will endeavor to obtain for each partner all special privileges afforded to owners at a particular racetrack upon their request via e-mail.
