1 year approximately.They had several claims that did not turn out and lost money.Also,they tend to want to turn their mares into broodmares with little consideration given to the members who entered the partnership for racing purposes.They just said you now own a broodmare instead of putting them in a sale where you could get fair market value for your shares.Members have little or no input on several matters.This was not a good partnership for me.
